This agreement outlines the expectations, payment terms, and policies for participation in the 3-Month Mentorship Program.
By purchasing this mentorship program, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
Program Overview
The 3-Month Mentorship Program is designed to provide educational support, accountability, wellness guidance, and cycle literacy education through:
- Weekly check-ins via text/email
- Monthly Zoom sessions
- Educational resources
- Lifestyle and wellness recommendations
- 3 month ongoing mentorship support
This program is educational in nature and is not medical care, psychotherapy, or a substitute for working with a licensed healthcare provider.
Payment Terms
Payment Commitment
The client agrees to pay the full mentorship fee of $995.
Payment may be made:
- In full upfront
or
- Through an agreed-upon payment plan
If using a payment plan:
- Payments will be automatically charged on agreed-upon dates
- The client is responsible for ensuring valid payment information remains on file
- There will be a small upcharge due to administrative fees, Stripe fees, and risk of sale
Missed or Late Payments
If a payment fails or is more than 10 days late:
- Mentorship services may be paused until payment is received
- Continued nonpayment may result in termination of the mentorship agreement
The client remains responsible for any outstanding balance.
Refund Policy
Due to the time, preparation, educational materials, and mentorship support provided, all payments are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Partial program participation
- Missed sessions
- Scheduling conflicts
- Failure to complete recommendations or utilize support
Exceptions may be considered only under extreme circumstances at the mentor’s discretion.
Scheduling & Communication
Zoom Sessions
Monthly Zoom sessions must be scheduled within the mentorship timeframe.
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.
Rescheduling
- At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule
- Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
Text & Messaging Support
Support is offered during normal business hours and response times may vary.
While ongoing support is included, unlimited crisis support or emergency availability is not provided.
Client Responsibility
The client understands that:
- Healing and habit change require consistency and participation
- Results cannot be guaranteed
- Recommendations are educational and supportive in nature
- The client remains responsible for their own healthcare decisions
The client agrees to consult their physician or healthcare provider before making changes involving:
- Medications
- Supplements
- Hormonal therapies
- Medical treatment plans

Confidentiality
All personal information shared within the mentorship will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
Program Duration
This mentorship begins after first payment decided upon mentor and client
End date: within a 3-4 month period given the mentor and client schedules
Unused sessions or support do not roll over beyond the mentorship timeframe unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
