Midlife Membership Circle
An in-person membership created just for women in midlife. ✨
Ashley (RN, Fertility Awareness Educator) will guide us with education and support around the changes of perimenopause, while Erin of Erin Reinholtz Art leads us in fun, creative projects designed to spark joy and self-expression.
This group is all about connection — a space to build new friendships with women walking through the same season of life. Think of it as a down-to-earth, artsy oasis where perimenopause meets creativity… because midlife doesn’t have to be a mess!

Hormones for the Holidays
The holiday season can be joyful, but it can also leave many women feeling drained, overwhelmed, and out of rhythm. This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your body, understand how stress, nutrition, and rhythm impact hormones — and offer tangible, seasonal tools to restore balance.
Join us for a one-hour, grounding experience where you’ll learn how stress, nutrition, and seasonal habits impact your hormones and discover practical, nourishing ways to reset.
Leave feeling nourished, centered, and empowered to move through the holidays with grace, not burnout. A tea will be provided during the class along with a Holiday Hormone Reset Guide.
