Histamines & Hormones Workshop (Pre-Recorded)
Have you noticed migraines, anxiety, painful periods, PMDD symptoms, endometriosis flares, congestion, digestive issues, or inflammation that seem to follow your cycle?
In this pre-recorded workshop, we’ll explore the connection between histamines, hormones, and inflammatory cycle symptoms—and why many women feel worse before their period, around ovulation, or during perimenopause.
You’ll learn:
-
What histamines are and how they affect the body
-
The relationship between estrogen, progesterone, and mast cells
-
How histamines may contribute to PMDD, endometriosis symptoms, migraines, and hormone-related flares
-
Why tracking your cycle and noticing patterns matters
-
Simple nutrition, lifestyle, and herbal support strategies to help reduce histamine load and support a histamine-sensitive body
This workshop is educational, approachable, and designed to help you better understand your body through the lens of cycle awareness and inflammation.
Included:
✨ Instant access to the pre-recorded workshop for life
✨ Downloadable student notes + reflection guide
✨ Practical tools to begin recognizing your own patterns
If you’re ready to connect the dots and learn how to work with your body instead of feeling blindsided by it each month, this workshop is for you.
